We believe that you will be 100% satisfied with your product, but occasionally
you may wish to return an item. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance
Selling) Regulations 2000 you are entitled to a seven-day 'cooling off'
period during which you can cancel your order. The seven-day period refers
to working days (Monday - Friday) and starts the day after you receive
your order. If you wish to cancel you must notify us by email within the
seven-day period. The product must be in its original condition,
completely unused (unopened) and suitable for resale as new. You
will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and must
pay for the return transport. We suggest you use a secure delivery method
(which requires a signature upon delivery).
Outside the 'cooling off' seven-day period you may still return products
to us up to a period of one calendar month after delivery. Again the product
must be in its original condition, completely unused (unopened) and suitable
for resale as new. All non-faulty items returned to us outside the
seven-day 'cooling off' period or items that have been opened are subject
to a restocking fee of 15% of the product purchase price. This fee is calculated
from the total value of your original order (or part-order) excluding shipping
costs and will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are made within a
week of the goods having been returned to us along with the original receipt.
Please contact us by email before returning any goods, so we can give you
a specific returns number.
In the case of faulty goods we guarantee all items for a period of 2 months
from the purchase date - goods also include a manufacturers warranty for
2 years. Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects but does not cover
faults arising from poor/improper use. Goods found to be faulty can only
be exchanged for the same product and cannot be refunded.
As for normal returns, you must contact us by email before returning any
goods so we can give you a specific returns number.
